My wife and I have been working for the company for a combined 25yrs . We decided we wanted to move on as safety and moral has dropped substantially. We gave our superintendent our months notice as required and we were asked to leave site immediately and to take our holidays as resignation notice.

Work well together, are not trained correctly to understand how to manage there work areas correctly
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Knowledge base training and correct use of training material, including information handed over correctly from trainers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complete overhaul, training correctly instead of pushing people through to fast making for an accident waiting to happen.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm very passionate about what I do,have knowledge to give as a trainer, most of what I do bring up towards safety falls on deaf ears
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat the team with the same respect they ask for. The knowledge base for leadership team is lacking substatually. There lack of knowledge to run a minister is leading to very unsafe working conditions
