These days I work mainly in Perth with occasional site trips. It's an open ("agile") office, which I don't love.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're smart, enjoyable people to work with.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's deposited reliably and on-time into my bank account.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Appreciating people and the contributions they make; finding strategies other than selling off all our assets (our future) to hand out money to shareholders.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My immediate team is a good micro-community within the business; we often have lunches together and many of us share in social activities outside of work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There are so many basic things that aren't being done right due to lack of personnel, yet we're expecting more people to be made redundant in the near future. We're never given a moment to celebrate our achievements, just relentless pressure to do more with less.
