The management and leadership in Rio Tinto is very poor. More concerned about shareholder returns than anything else. What they say they do is not what they actually do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team are great, but the people above me are dictators and hypocrites. They will do anything to cover up their mistakes, even if that means terminating the escape goats employment. The work culture in this company is TOXIC and many employees have voiced this.
