I worked in production (iron ore), loved the company and the work was relatively easy. Great pay and lots of perks.

It’s not actually done by the company themselves, a third party does the interview
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone pretty much gets along quite well, everyone spends more time with the team than their own families so people become a second family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone works together to see outcomes that works for each other as best as possible. If you need time off management will generally be able to make it happen for you. Leaders are approachable and open, I think it’s because most of them started at the bottom so they understand their worker
