Meaning what they implement for the right reasons

Treat the team with the same respect they ask for. The knowledge base for leadership team is lacking substatually. There lack of knowledge to run a minister is leading to very unsafe working conditions

I'm very passionate about what I do,have knowledge to give as a trainer, most of what I do bring up towards safety falls on deaf ears

30% raise would put me back where i used to receive.

Mongolians get much much much less paid in comparison to the other nationalities even thought the living cost is same in Ub as other countries

The share benefit scheme is highly misleading and mostly useless for a lot of people. Quarterly bonus is almost non existent. Also there is no equality in the pay, everyone is underpaid at different rates.

Compensation is below industry standard. No growth opprtunity within rio.

Not many SMEs in business and the ones that exist due to our lasting competent ones who move to company that recognise their skills and knowledge

Greater transpareny . Rely more on thevscoencecsnd the facts vs sentiment when making leadeeship decision. Become an ally for a visible minority. Call out actscof microagression or blatant bullying in the work place

My team are great, but the people above me are dictators and hypocrites. They will do anything to cover up their mistakes, even if that means terminating the escape goats employment. The work culture in this company is TOXIC and many employees have voiced this.

Keep residental workforce out of FIFO matters.

Complete overhaul, training correctly instead of pushing people through to fast making for an accident waiting to happen.

There is no sense of team across crews. Everyone is for themselves. There's nothing in place to make it friendly.

massive cull of all senior and middle management

Get rid of generalist mentality and engage engineers and experts to run business

it took 2 months to get everything done and the medical testing was a joke

The whole interviewing 30 people at the same time by 10 people is just ridiculous.

General managers and MDs tend to only interview people in the purple circle and promotions are increasingly going to people who have no technical competence

All what RT thinks is to push workers into doing several people’s job by only one person and pay less and less to the one person who works and also make huge cost savin

No idea about quality control they just above the material to the customwr

Mostly the food situation. Felt uncomfortable as food was inadequate.

RT is focused on changing the world and forcing diversity in the company rather than promoting from the best credentialed person. It is forcing minorities into roles they are not qualified for. We are all in favor of minorities but RT is placing them without regard to qualificiation.
