Competitive base salary, with good bonus and stock options

RSUs and bonuses, medical and $100 a month health benefit

I'm fairly paid and very happy about my whole comp package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Slightly below market average in what should be a highly competitive space. Lots of emphasis on the "value of equity" when there is no realistic exit strategy. Equity compensation should be supplemented if salaries are going to remain low.
