They are ambitious, transparent and hold high standards.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive base salary, with good bonus and stock options
RSUs and bonuses, medical and $100 a month health benefit
The money is fire all the time
Discretionary time off vacation policy
I'm fairly paid and very happy about my whole comp package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Slightly below market average in what should be a highly competitive space. Lots of emphasis on the "value of equity" when there is no realistic exit strategy. Equity compensation should be supplemented if salaries are going to remain low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps and they are always looking for ways to improve the daily routines

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People, events, doesnt feel like you are micromanged at all
We're a startup so the culture is truly evolving, but I do think it will settle in soon.

People, compensation and perks. Office is beautiful, training amd extemely inclusive
