RiseSmart attracts the best people in the industry. Most of us have come from LHH or Right Mgt and we are thrilled to be here. RiseSmart has a warm culture and really invests in its people. You can bring your whole self to work and we have so much work life balance. I love it!

This organization is a modern white-collar factory and profits off of the continued oppression of women in the workforce. There are 10 years of unfavorable online reviews related to poor pay and lack of advancement. The company uses strategic tactics to keep wages low and stagnant.

We have a very solid benefits and generous PTO. No complaints.

The resume is the main product that these clients will leave with from the service contract, so the writers, the majority who are women, should be given a majority of the profit, not the executives, who are mostly men. Writers get $75 before taxes while the company gets $5K per assignment.
