What did you like most about the interview process?getting to meet so many different people on the team.
What makes you most happy at work?working with other like-minded and thoughtful people
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?transparency and the diversity of thought and perspectives
What does the leadership team need to get better at?This organization is a modern white-collar factory and profits off of the continued oppression of women in the workforce. There are 10 years of unfavorable online reviews related to poor pay and lack of advancement. The company uses strategic tactics to keep wages low and stagnant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The resume is the main product that these clients will leave with from the service contract, so the writers, the majority who are women, should be given a majority of the profit, not the executives, who are mostly men. Writers get $75 before taxes while the company gets $5K per assignment.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Create a collaborative and interactive environment where writers are paid justly and fairly.
