their openness and transparency around our strategy
We have a direct line to our CEO- Dan is always just a call away to share feedback or new ideas. We are global, yet we have an intimate feel. Each voice matters & everyone is open to evolving & thinking of better ways to innovate & grow. Our leaders listen to us and you can tell they really care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a very solid benefits and generous PTO. No complaints.

Our team cares about one another. Real friendships are formed, we truly support each other and want everyone to be successful. This is rare in corp America, but it is common here at RiseSmart. We attract the nicest, most quality people in the industry and that feeling pervades our culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
transparency and the diversity of thought and perspectives
It is a caring environment and an innovative, fun place to work. We are celebrated for anniversaries, bdays and milestones... we have a learning allowance for continued growth and we get to impact lives every day with our career solutions.

What did you like most about the interview process?
getting to meet so many different people on the team.
I really got to interact with every member of the teams I would be partnering with. It gave me a real flavor for the kind of people here, and I knew I wanted to be part of RiseSmart. We are big into team work and our success shows that our teams working together directly impacts our success.
What makes you most happy at work?
working with other like-minded and thoughtful people
I love partnering with HR and really being able to help their employees during a difficult time. I see how our solutions really support every person in our care and how what we do makes a difference in so many lives and families. I am living my purpose at RiseSmart.
