What are some of the best things about your team?The team focuses on the job and reaching goals. Again, the people part of the business is lacking. If all you care about is tackling business issues, teams are fine.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?no one has a single vision, mission. so all things are all over the board all the time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Hire and value people who care about others. Start by asking personal questions before getting right down to business. Give people true advice vs hiding problems behind peoples back.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?I'm not sure the leadership team can change. It's just simply not easy to change ones personality. If they truly wanted to improve the culture, then hire and promote people who care.
