I'm a single parent and the bonus structure in my department is helping me feel like I'm ahead more than any job I've had.

We all act like a team. My manager is great and coaches me weekly so I can be the best I can at my job.

It's a really fun environment for an office. I get to act like myself at work and don't feel like I have to be a robot to be successful.

I love that they always put my needs first and no matter what, they are always there for me when it comes to anything I may need as an employee.
