What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that I can take PTO here, go on a vacation, and when I come back I don't have to hide that I was on a vacation or doing something fun. The culture here encourages doing fun things!

I feel like there should be more opporotinuty for raises and bonuses company wide

I feel that we need to pay more across the board to be more competitive and to add more benefits like 401k to recruit and retain talent.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some people complain about it, but I like that we have music playing through the day. I think it makes coming into the office more fun than just silence.
