The culture is fun and exciting as well as tight-knit! The support in both a professional and personal way is hard to come by.

Some people complain about it, but I like that we have music playing through the day. I think it makes coming into the office more fun than just silence.

I love that I can take PTO here, go on a vacation, and when I come back I don't have to hide that I was on a vacation or doing something fun. The culture here encourages doing fun things!
