Getting to come in every morning to see the team. One of my teammates had their baby yesterday so we can't wait to celebrate.

I love the overall image of the company from a inside perspective. Management is looked to as a goal, we truly make employees feel valued, excited, and assisted.

The upbeat energy and the winning attitudes. You can take risks here without worry that failure won't be accepted. I've been able to learn a lot really fast.

They all remember where they came from so all of leadership is super helpful and understanding with everyone in the building. It feels like a family more than scary bosses

I currently have seen the leadership team flourish even through hardship/challenge. I am new to the organization, but have been shown with hard work and success anything is possible. I've watched a constant support structure from leadership to employees.
