I've never worked at a company quite like this. I get to be myself and nurture my strengths. I'm encouraged to voice my ideas and take more risks. I'd love to do the same for others some day soon.

Everyone in leadership is an inspiration. I look up to how they can juggle running a big company with having families and true work life balance. I'm working hard now to be there one day.

We all really act like a team. There is minimal competition between each sales person. We all show up for each other when we need it and it feels like we're apart of something bigger than just a 9-5.
