I enjoy it here but also I'm relatively fresh. I just wish that with this position being as difficult and volatile as it is I'd be making more. Especially given how competent I am.

Hard working and constantly trying to improve and make gains. Everyone's working together to get the job done.

Banter among coworkers. Sharing meals together. Cooperating on work. Knowing that outside of it i'll have financial freedom
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Still making the same I made when I was in marketing. In a significantly tougher position I figure more responsibilities ought to equal higher compensation.
