I love that we all take breaks together and it feels like a real team.

A lot of us started out together cold-calling so it feels like I'm working with close friends by this point

I know people say it's loud but I like the music and use it to stay focused while having fun
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they care about us. Even though they are my bosses I can still laugh with them or say hi when I see one of them at my little brother's basketball game.
