My job has a high level of responsibility but I'm given the autonomy to complete my projects in my style and I really appreciate that

I love that even though it's a large office the vibe can still be casual. It makes it really easy to connect with others that work here too

Most of them are former athletes so there's a real team mentality here. They're great at recognizing growth and achievement, as well as not leaving any team member behind.
