The unlimited PTO! I love the perks here!
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly the office location. Being able to step outside and be on the water makes me very happy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even though they're the big bosses here they still say hi to everyone and make an effort to speak with everyone in the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that everyone gets along so well! Drama pops up here and there but everyone is really nice and respectful for the most part
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not trying to be cliche but it feels like a family here. I love everyone that I work with and we get to have fun together while getting our stuff done
