What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I am paid fairly for the work and effort I put in. They make me feel appreciated when I get the bonuses and appreciation based on good production and performance feom me and my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive attribute with our company and the environment, is that it feels very welcoming. Everyone here works togeather very well and we are all here for one another. I feel comfortable being me here, feels like a home away from home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership here is personable and efficient. They stand by us through thick and thin and always are around to help us when we need them. I always appreciate the coachingI get from them to help me grow as a better person and employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is more then just co workers, they treat one another as family. We work togeather and our moto is "One team, One dream and when were togeather we can make the impossible possible." I know I can count on them inside and outside of work to be there for me when I need them.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the most happy to come to work every morning is know I have a team that will be there for me. They feel like close friends and family so I always feel welcome here. Being able to be myself around my peirs and having my team to push my to be the best me is what drives me to keep working
