I believe our team has much less drama than some of the others. We know how to get things done without too much fuss.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is professional but definitely human. I think we allow people to be more of themselves than other offices. For better or worse.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give clear directions on what needs to be done and otherwise let me handle things on my own. This autonomy makes my work easier because I am able to come in, take care of what I need to, and head out knowing everything is complete.
