Getting to interact with my team and some others from other departments around here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting paid weekly is a huge help for me to be able to budget. We also tend to get higher compensation that other companies in the same industry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
You know that they know what they are talking about. Teamwork is a real culture touchstone here and from the way leadership talks you know that they really mean it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are a lot of people who have their close friends working alongside them which makes it really easy to all get along and feel like we are all working together towards something
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're expected to show up giving your best but the company and culture does all that it can to make sure that that is possible and even easy. This is the best job that I have ever had.
