What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare that comes with this job has been a big help to me. I moved over from sales and the residuals I received from that time are still helping me and my family today.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The entirety of the leadership team acts as mentors. I find that you do not need to be intimidated asking them questions and for advice. They are more than happy to help us all be successful!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way that I got to know the culture from the outside, doing sales from business to business. Now that I am in the office, I completely understand the culture and how contagious it really is! Great place to work for sure.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the consistent schedule that this role brings. I liked the flexibility of sales but after a couple years of that it is nice to be on a routine that I am comfortable with and works well for me outside of the office too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I came into my team with sales experience, which stuck out. I thought that my experience on the outside would be difficult to get past but my team has helped me understand our process in an even fuller way than I even imagined. I am lucky that I work with such nice and patient people alongside me.
