    It was very laid back but I was recommended to the company by someone who knew the manager I would work under.

    Leaving. I'm only here for the money. I have no interest in my job as it is completely miserable and the tools used in it are also atrocious.

    I do not have to interact with them frequently if ever.

    The company is always hesitant to bring new people onto their existing contracts even when employees express being overworked. It also is very pushy about employees not talking about compensation with each other.

    A junior employee in my position makes more than me although he has no experience in the field.
