What did you like most about the interview process?It was very laid back but I was recommended to the company by someone who knew the manager I would work under.
What makes you most happy at work?Leaving. I'm only here for the money. I have no interest in my job as it is completely miserable and the tools used in it are also atrocious.
What do you like best about the leadership team?I do not have to interact with them frequently if ever.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?The company is always hesitant to bring new people onto their existing contracts even when employees express being overworked. It also is very pushy about employees not talking about compensation with each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A junior employee in my position makes more than me although he has no experience in the field.
