Not great, you are given straight PTO so vacation, personal and sick time is pulled from the same pool of hours. Someone in the first 3 years of employment will receive 1.5 days per month.
The PTO is outstanding. We get 3 weeks per year to start and increases the longer we're with the company.

The work/life balance at RJO is excellent. It is important to senior leadership that employees are able to enjoy their families and their time outside of work. It's a very health conscious company and that includes mental health too.
