What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is fair and seemingly tries to do what's best for the company AND the employees. They care about the culture of the office.

treating all employees equally - people are getting raises that dont do any work

Smart, supportive, collaborative and they have a great sense of humor.

People are friendly and very social which makes for a fun environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
there needs to me more incentives for employees to work hard

What makes you most happy at work?
lunch time makes me most happy
My coworkers are the best and really make this job enjoyable. I wouldn't trade a bigger salary for a stale corporate environment ever again.
