Mr. Fowler is responsible for leading RLI's IT strategy and initiatives to support company business goals. He has nearly 20 years of insurance industry experience and 31 years of IT experience. He was the founder and Managing Director of InsurTech Advisors in Portland, OR, an IT consulting firm serving the insurance technology marketplace. He served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Oregon Mutual Insurance and in various Information Technology leadership roles at Progressive Insurance. He earned his Executive MBA from Kent State University and undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina.
