My compensation seems drastically low for the work I do. I am below the total range provided for the US average of my job title (meaning below the minimum).

Many team members with no prior experience are paid more when hired externally. Men are often paid more than women for the same role and less experience.
They need to uncap our processing bonus and provide actual incentives like they do for the bankers in march. Not saying I want a full on car but the $25 Starbucks gift cards are really just a slap in the face.
