Not a bad place to work, good benefits and day to day. Leadership is terrible, very old school mentality. no advancement opportunities. Low raises.

Good attitudes from coworkers. Most people want to be at work and try.

Leadership is terrible. bad communication. bad decisions. no transparency. very old boomer mentality. no appreciation for work.

Great people to work with. On the software side no knowledge or industry leading contributors or leads. Company won't learn from mistakes and continues to make the same ones.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
prepare for a full day interview with everyone on the team. You think it is great to interface with everyone but later learn it was just up to the manager to pick you.
