RA have been lagging the market in terms of salaries. The work life balance is not present. There should be more transparency with the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Bonus is a part of CTC, however, the payout is arbitrary and we normally do not receive any payout every 3 years. So in effect the CTC is bloated.
