When I feel that my abilities are put to good use and I am given freedom to make decisions
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to step it up with onboarding, training, and getting new employees settled. Workday is a nightmare. TONS of information silos and it seems like so folks there have been there so long that they completely forget what it is like to be a new employee
