It was simple, just had to schmooze.

Ship poor quality product, make changes without notifying customers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop playing favorites, stop allowing toxic people into leadership positions. Put the people first.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Severe lack of communication within the organization. Lots of finger pointing and blaming, very little collaboration.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is very low compared to market and other local companies. People are compensated based on years in industry instead of performance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not playing favorites, focus on market compensation for employees and hiring the right amount of employees instead of forcing one person to do 3-4 jobs.
