Put the right people in the higher jobs, people who have worked there way up and not because they have a bit of paper and there parents play tennis with the area leaders wife ect
the lower parts of the team all pull together and help each other, the higher parts sit on computers drinking coffee and not being helpful when asked to help in problem solving which there is plenty
6 years as a lower grade because im not a yes person you get held back ...... been doing a much higher level graded job but not increased in pay ... if your not in favour your screwed
learn about your team as people and not numbers , without your team you are nothing ... RESPECT is something the team leaders forget very quickly a very much " im higher than you, your just scum " attitude
