Comparing my pay to that of similar jobs at other companies makes me feel undervalued, but I would feel better with higher pay and a 401k contribution match

I definitely feel undervalued. I have a lot of knowledge and help most all departments here but I don't feel respected by the executive team.
I am a temp employee and not on the same plan as permanent employees. As a customer support person I would prefer to be paid equally as the retail support side; often support is support and it should be compensated equally. It's unfortunate, but I am grateful to be here. I love my job.
