I have nothing but good things to say about Route.

I'm still new to the company, but I'm very excited to be here. The onboarding was the best I've ever experienced and made me feel like the company really wants us to know about Route, the culture and goals.

It's been phenomenal, I don't plan on leaving Route for the foreseeable future. I've learned a ton already and feel like I'm constantly improving my skills and knowledge. Route is certainly in start-up mode and that has come with plenty of challenges but no complaints from me!

I love working here, however, I feel I have been put in a box and because I was entry-level when I started, have not been given room to grow into a leadership role and instead we hire externally - it would be nice to be able to have a chance to excel in my career at Route instead of changing company

They seem to allow a lot of autonomy for each team. Minimal micro-managers

Most of our leadership team is friendly and open. They feel like people you can engage with and even share ideas with knowing that if its a good one then you can have an impact.

They have hired exceptionally well. Many of those I work with are the most talented coworkers I've ever had.

They seem like a fun team

Company paid benefits and stock options

Having a consistent way to increase my compensation, wish we had more stock options though.

I love our health benefits but could really benefit from a 401K match and a daycare! I also have been at the company since the beginning and would love more stock options.

It is adjusted compared to market.

Route NEEDS an FSA option

I feel the bonus is low based on my position. As a key player in driving revenue in deal desk, it would make more sense to have a higher bonus based on revenue.

Route has very supportive work culture

I like the one-team mentality and the respect for work-life balance, at any other company this workload would cause burnout but Route does a great job of respecting and encouraging mental health breaks

Probably the pay and compensation honestly. Route treats their employees very fairly in my opinion!
