I have been very happy with the opportunities that I have had to learn and grow. The people I work with are extremely capable and wonderful to learn from. I feel at times as much as we try that we don't do enough to recognize individuals in a meaningful way.

We have good camaraderie. We work hard and have fun.

Everyone has a voice. We seek feedback and comment from all levels of the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 100% paid medical is awesome. And it is not a crappy plan. The bonus structure is fair and appreciated.

They are all not just excellent workers but excellent people who care and are willing to work together for the greater good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Much comes maybe from a lack of understanding what the value of the equity I do have in the company. It also seems very difficult to gain more equity in the company. Very promotion driven culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are invested not only in building a great product and company, but also creating a space where employees enjoy working in and feel appreciated. Evan is charismatic and engaging. He is a great company ambassador.
