Having a supportive manager, having a fun team, having a cool office, laughing with coworkers and seeing people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
getting to know new people at work and connecting outside of work functions. good to be around people. we also have high quality swag and always great food. Would love more event functions to get to know others at Route (but I know it costs money, so)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Seems like the only people who are being called out and recognized for work they are doing are leaders, who would already be recognized regardless, so it can seem a bit silly and disingenuousness. takes too long to be paid more or move up, note sure how many people are really being promoted actively
