Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Been a rocket ship ride and a killer place to learn and grow. I feel so blessed that I was led to Route and am here. You learn something from every company and arguably I wouldn't be ready to be at Route without some of the prior ones but this feels like my best job yet.

I love they did a market adjustment recently.

Everyone genuinely seems to care and want to do a good job.

Growth opportunities and the fact I don't dread working with anyone, I'm happy to interact with everyone!

I like they have a clear vision and stick to it. They could do better at communicating at times but I love the company's vision hasn't changed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really smart people who all want to work together and aren't looking to step on each other to get ahead. Everyone genuinely has good intentions and desires even if we aren't perfect and have to show each other grace at times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love that the company has a clear vision they stick to while recognizing the need to incrementally get there. I love they take feedback and action on it. I love that they are transparent and always willing to reflect and get better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passionate individuals who are willing to leave their ego at the door and focus on the end goal. We don't always agree but everyone is willing to have radical candor, work through issues, align on a path forward and then commit to execute together.
