"All hands" and the fact that the product team is actively involved with engineering.

Authenticity, passion, and radical candor. And from time to time we play Halo on Xbox or compete in cornhole.

Implicit trust and not "earn trust". They trust who they hire. Rather than go through a labyrinth of building trust exercises.

I love my team because they listen to my opinions and questions with equal interest. This has helped me take better technical decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The stock grant is not as strong as other companies and the maternity/paternity leave is still not the industry standard of 3 months.
