All of the exciting projects I can to work on and be a part of. I get to see how my direct contribution impacts the team and our goals every day.

i feel incredibly lucky and blessed by my comp and the opportunity I have. It is more than fair and it gives me the drive to succeed and earn the value that I have been shown.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is the nicest, smartest, warm people I have met. The constant drive from everyone around me encourages me to keep pushing boundaries. I love the people I work with- and that directly contributes to how I love my work!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's very open and very authentic. We are all in this together, learning from our mistakes, transparent about them, and push together to continue creating something truly wonderful and an environment we all want to come be at every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team has a player/coach mentality and believes and practices a horizontal leadership style over a hierarchy. The support is clearly shown and the investment from the leadership team into each and every individual is authentic and inspiring.
