My team and knowing I have any opportunity I want to reach for available to me. I can grow my career here in any way I want, if I'm willing to ask for it and work for it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Many leaders at Route are truly subject-matter experts. They have a high level of intelligence and drive, and hugely ambitious. The trade-off, if there is one, is a lack of experience in the nuance of people management. Leadership is learned and earned, not given.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of ambitious, thoughtful, kind people. They are both driven in their area of interest but care deeply about others and want to dig in wherever help is needed. I've never been on a team like that before and don't know if I ever will again.
