My experience has been great. I've told multiple people that I can't imagine working for a better company. I switched careers from engineering to sales and I've had the best people around me to help me successfully transition to this new career.

It's been amazing. My career and trajectory is life has completely changed because of my time at Route. All the leadership and co-workers have been supportive along that journey as well.

The people are the best. Everyone is very supportive and helpful

I feel like they are always looking for ways to make my job meaningful and fun, while also pushing me to meet expectations.

I love having unlimited PTO because it makes me feel like I can work hard but still take off the time I need to spend time with friends and family.

We all get along really well and actually enjoy spending time with each other outside of work too. We're all comfortable asking questions to each other which makes for a great work environment

I like that they are always working to improve the workplace and benefits in order to retain the best talent at Route. Things aren't perfect but they aren't content with the way things are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very helpful and supportive. We joke around with each other and even enjoy getting together outside of office hours. From the moment I started at Route, I've felt like I can always go to my team for help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at the company is always excited to be together for events. I never hear people talk bad about each other or blame others for mistakes. We all take responsibility for our own actions and work together to overcome problems.
