Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've worked for the company for over a year and haven't had compensation adjustment. I know I'm more valuable than I was a year ago.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being around and interacting with my co workers even though many work in separate offices or from home. I enjoy the projects I'm assigned and the work is challenging and exciting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have incredible vision for the future of the company and do a great job of getting everyone on board. I know the leadership team cares about our career development and success as well as the success of Route.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone I work with is incredibly talented. Route is extremely careful in our hiring process. I know I can trust those around me to get the job done. On top of their skills they're just a blast to work with, fun to work with, and enthusiastic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Route is great at enabling your career success. There are twice yearly review cycles, we set goals and expectations for moving to the next level are well defined. My manager is great at providing me opportunities to branch out and try new things or develop new skill sets.
