What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is really sharp and genuinely wants to help one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're visionaries and really looking after the long-term success of the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is high. Bonuses = outsized rewards for outsized impact. Health/Dental/Vision is entirely covered.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love BUILDING stuff. We're constantly building new processes, releasing new products, and creating new employee experiences (just launched ERGs recently). It feels like there are endless opportunities to make an impact and contribute
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're really open to new ideas; everything is a green field. If something doesn't exist & it makes sense for the business to create it, it's fair game for whoever has the bandwidth to take it on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning. The fun thing about a startup in our phase of growth is that everyone has the opportunity to make a LOT of impact and to own important initiatives that you may not otherwise get at a larger company with more specialized positions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
So many things! Foremost, their vision: both in regard to our actual company & product direction, as well as how well that direction is then communicated to everyone at Route. They do such a great job of both inspiring employees and driving alignment towards a common goal!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think most employees go beyond caring about just their individual role and performance, and are truly invested in the success of the company and the well-being of their colleagues. As a result, there's a lot of radical ownership when it comes to providing coaching and identifying biz opportunities
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the term "intellectual integrity" and I think our team embodies it well. It means that we have a super collaborative environment where we're all able to put aside our egos and biases and work together to find the best solution -- and we allow the best idea to win, as opposed to loudest voice
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like with most startups, comp is predicated on equity over salary-- employees are taking a bet on the future of the company at the expense of having a high salary. At Route, I think both equity and salary are pretty great and are above what I would expect for a startup of our age & size
