The people. The hype you get when work is done, and rewards for doing a good job.

Good friends. There is no one I feel is a drag to be around. We all have a good time

A clear path to what I want to do long term. Give praise when praise is deserved to show I am doing a good job

My drive and relentless feeling to be successful. To gain praise from my peers when I succeed is why I work hard, and enjoy coming in

Provide a great work experience coming into thr office. Food, perks, culture where I have friends to see here. Not a drag and that comes from the top.

We hire great people. Eaxh department I have a friendship, its not hust my department. Not clicky and I feel I can walk around and talk to anyone
