The people make me the happiest at work. This ranges from my team to my manager, cross-functional teams, and our senior leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative and encouraging. My team wants me to succeed in my role and they constantly offer support and assistance when needed to help me succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the insurance premium coverage. Route pays 100% of the insurance premiums for medical, dental, and vision for all employees and covers 100% of the medical premium for family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture at Route is the amount of celebration we have baked into the things we do. Route genuinely likes to put on activities for celebration. This includes Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, celebration of company wins, a celebration of our customers, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership is transparent and collaborative. No decision in the company is made on their own. They get together often to discuss company strategy and the execution of that strategy. They value the expertise of individual areas to determine the best course of action for the company.
