Everything is great; pay, health insurance, PTO, perks, couldn't ask for more.

No haggling on salary at hire. I told them how much I would need, they made it happen.

Respectful of each other's time. They are friends and adept. Even when a disagreement arises things remain professional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very inclusive. There are different activity clubs both work related and non, that welcome people of all skill levels and are really good about not gatekeeping and helping everyone succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a handful of bright star people that can be counted on to keep the place lively and positive.... I'm not one of them, but I'm glad they are here.
