I like our CTO's leadership style and the aspects of the culture that he brings. It seems to have been adopted by the lower level managers as well.

We take time to get to know each other personally and professionally. For the most part, we all work hard and support the goals of the team together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In the engineering department specifically, I love the culture of candor and independent action. We're able to do what we think is best and have the support to do so.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am a big fan of the leaders that I interact with regularly; my direct manager and their director. I know they care about me and are helping my career growth and learning extremely.
