I like the base salary. I think the benefits are definitely comprehensive and very very good, but can be even better.

I love that during the performance review this year we took inflation into consideration. The salary I get affords me to live in the city,
What makes you most happy at work?
The people! My team is amazing. My direct reports really understand what I am doing, and knows to offer help when needed. All the other co-workers just make it extra fun to have fun-but-still-work times around the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cares about you and details of your life that you choose to share. I can jam on work with any person from any team, and would be down to hang out with them after work, because the quality of the people are just awesome.
